
Condolence Message from BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir
Former Member of Parliament of Noakhali-3 constituency Borhan Uddin passed away last night due to old-age complications. Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilayhi Raji’un. At the time of his death, he was 84 years old. BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Borhan Uddin.
In a condolence message today, the BNP Secretary General said, “Like his family members and loved ones, I too am deeply saddened by the passing of Borhan Uddin. The late Borhan Uddin, who firmly believed in the ideals of Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman Bir Uttam and in the philosophy of Bangladeshi Nationalism, will be remembered for his contributions as a people’s representative. I pray to Almighty Allah to grant him Jannat and to give patience and strength to his bereaved family.”
In his condolence message, the BNP Secretary General prayed for the salvation of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members, relatives, admirers, and well-wishers.
In addition, BNP Vice Chairmen Barkat Ullah Bulu and Md. Shahjahan, BNP Chairperson’s Advisory Council members Zainul Abdin Farroque and Barrister Mahbub Uddin Khokon have also expressed deep shock and sorrow in separate condolence messages over the death of former Noakhali-3 MP Borhan Uddin. In their condolence messages, the leaders described him as a dedicated leader in nationalist politics, prayed for the eternal peace of his soul, and conveyed their heartfelt sympathy to his grieving family, admirers, and well-wishers.
