Condolence Message from BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir
Alhaj Kafil Uddin, Vice President of Dhaka District BNP, owner of Hanif Paribahan, former Chairman of Savar Upazila Parishad, distinguished businessman, and renowned social worker, passed away today. Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilaihi Raji'un. BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has expressed profound sorrow and grief at his passing.
In a condolence message issued today, the BNP Secretary General stated:
“Late Alhaj Kafil Uddin, who firmly believed in the principles and ideals of former President Shaheed Ziaur Rahman, Bir Uttam, and the philosophy of Bangladeshi Nationalism, played a significant role in strengthening and energizing Dhaka District BNP.
Furthermore, under the leadership of BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister, the late Begum Khaleda Zia, he demonstrated remarkable courage in every movement and struggle aimed at securing the democratic rights of the people. His dedication and contributions will continue to inspire BNP leaders and activists at the grassroots and local levels.
I am deeply saddened and distressed by his passing. I pray to Almighty Allah to grant Late Alhaj Kafil Uddin a place in Jannah and to bestow patience and strength upon his bereaved family during this difficult time.”
In his message, the BNP Secretary General prayed for the eternal peace and forgiveness of the departed soul and extended his deepest condolences to the bereaved family members, relatives, admirers, and well-wishers.
